Miley Cyrus’ infamous 2014 ‘Bangerz’ tour was a major turning point in her career. The former child star has been documenting the early stages of her career in a new video series titled “Used to Be Young”.
However, the tour wasn’t as lucrative for Cyrus as it was for her bank account. She claims that the excessive set designs and stunts cost her and her crew more money than she made.
To explain herself Miley Cyrus said,
I didn’t make a dime on this tour because I wanted the tour to be excellent. “And when everyone kept saying, ‘Why are you doing this, You’re going to do like 100 shows and you’re not going to make any money?’ I said, ‘There’s no one I would rather invest in than myself.’ So, I paid for it all to make it exactly what I thought I and the fans deserved.
